TAC Program. Advanced Coaching Techniques

The TAC Program consists of essential elements that offer a step forward in the practice of professional coaching. With groundbreaking tools that are intense and experiential, they offer a different approach to working with clients.

The different array of exercises will help you to explore your own essence, your unique style and your strengths as a coach. By combining them with the novel techniques that you will learn to use, you will be able to help your clients get unstuck and move forward in special circumstances in their lives.

Designed by Clark Friedrichs, MCC and CTI’s Director of Leader Training and Development, and co-facilitated by Sergio Blancafort, this program is accredited for 7.5 hours by the ICF for 7.5 hours of CEUs.

DMF (Dynamic Metavision Fórmula)

The Formula allows the coach to take his or her client to a space full of potential where it is possible to explore their dreams, resources and allies to help them. The obstacles that exist will be looked at in a graphic and physical way using objects and the space so clients can discover what their blocks are and create a plan of action to overcome them, moving them closer to their dreams.

Make an Ally out of your Internal Critic or Saboteur

We already know different ways to work with the client’s internal critic or saboteur. Now we will learn an advanced technique to neutralize that power by identifying the internal dynamics of this part of ourselves and using voice dialogue to turn it into an ally instead of trying to defeat it.

Role Play

Role Play is an advanced technique that allow the client to practice situations that they are encountering with people and practice them with the help of the coach. For this Role Play exercise, the participants must be able to assume any role their client needs in order to identify what is needed to be as powerful in that situation as possible. We will work with different skills to create the situation, identify the dynamics, generate the metavision, articulate what is happening and give feedback that is useful and supportive for the client.
